Best Betting Sites in Cameroon 2026: MINAT-Authorised Bookmakers, Rules and Mobile Money

Looking for the best betting sites in Cameroon? Betting is everywhere in Cameroon: betPawa was the country’s top Google search between July 2024 and June 2025, ahead of “Cameroun” itself, according to DataReportal figures cited by Digital Business Africa. But the market is hard to navigate. The Ministry of Territorial Administration (MINAT) authorises online bookmakers, yet it publishes no public list of them, and dozens of offshore sites target Cameroonian players without a Cameroonian authorisation.

This guide ranks only bookmakers that display a MINAT authorisation number, explains the law (including the legal betting age of 21), sets out the taxes and payment rules that affect you, and shows how to spot an unlicensed site. Every fact was checked in October and November 2026, and where sources disagree we say so.

📌 Key takeaways

  • Best overall: Melbet Cameroun, whose MINAT authorisation (000063, signed 25 July 2024) appears on its .cm site and in two independent guides.
  • Best for low stakes: Betclic Cameroun, authorised by MINAT on 28 April 2026, with deposits from 200 FCFA and a simple first-bet refund.
  • Most markets: 1xBet, with MINAT authorisation 000020 cited by two guides and a dedicated “1xBet Cameroun” iPhone app.
  • Horse racing: PMUC, Cameroon’s historic parimutuel operator since 1994.
  • Legal age: 21, even though some operators’ terms say 18.
  • Your tax: winnings aren’t taxed, but withdrawals from gaming platforms carry a 1% charge plus 4 FCFA per transaction.
  • Online casino: there’s no licence for it in Cameroon, so we only cover sports betting.
⚠️ Cameroon licence status, November 2026: MINAT grants five-year online authorisations for sports betting and poker, but neither MINAT nor any other body publishes a public register of authorised operators, Business in Cameroon reported on 26 October 2026. The authorisation numbers in this guide are those operators display or that independent guides record. A .cm web address is required for licensed sites, but on its own it doesn’t prove a licence.

🔬 How we chose the best betting sites in Cameroon

With no public register, choosing a safe bookmaker in Cameroon takes more work than in Kenya or Nigeria. These are the checks every site in our ranking passed:

  1. A MINAT authorisation number: the operator displays an authorisation in MINAT’s format (for example, 000059/A/MINAT/SG/DAP/SDLP/SJ), or independent guides record one. We give more weight to numbers that appear in more than one source or in the operator’s own terms.
  2. A Cameroonian web address: the law requires licensed online sites to use a .cm domain, according to Gambling Maps.
  3. No foreign-only licence: Cameroon doesn’t recognise licences from Malta, the UK, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, Curaçao, Kahnawake, Anjouan or Alderney, so a site showing only one of these doesn’t qualify.
  4. Local payments: Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money, with sensible minimum deposits.
  5. Fair bonuses: clear wagering and minimum odds matter more than the headline amount.
  6. Mobile experience: apps or a light mobile site.
  7. Player protection: age checks, visible balances, risk warnings and limits, all required by Cameroon’s 2019 decree.

We don’t rank sites on odds for individual matches, because prices change constantly. Compare odds between two authorised sites before a bigger bet.

⭐ The best betting sites in Cameroon: reviews

1. Melbet Cameroun: the best betting site in Cameroon overall

★★★★½8.6/10
🛡️ Authorisation: 000063/A/MINAT/SG/DAP/SDLP/SJ, signed 25 July 2024; operator LOYAL COUNTRY SAS
🎁 Welcome offer: first deposit bonus up to 130,000 FCFA (100%, 150% or 200% depending on the source)
💳 Payments: Orange Money and MTN; e-wallets also listed
📱 Apps: Android, iOS and Windows

Why it’s our top pick

Melbet has the best-documented Cameroonian authorisation of any brand we checked. Its Cameroonian site, melbet.com.cm, names the operator as LOYAL COUNTRY SAS and cites MINAT authorisation 000063/A/MINAT/SG/DAP/SDLP/SJ, signed on 25 July 2024. Two independent guides, Mightytips and LeBonParisSportif, record the same number. It also uses a .cm address, as Cameroonian law requires.

🎁 Welcome offer

Melbet’s welcome bonus goes up to 130,000 FCFA on your first deposit, but the percentage differs from source to source, and even on Melbet’s own page: the text says 200%, a banner says 100%, and Mightytips lists 150%. LeBonParisSportif says the bonus must be used on accumulator bets with minimum odds of 2.10. The minimum deposit for the bonus is 600 FCFA, according to Melbet’s page.

💳 Payments

Melbet’s Cameroonian page lists Orange Money and MTN, with minimum deposits given as 250 or 300 FCFA in different tables, plus e-wallets such as Jeton, Skrill and Neteller and several cryptocurrencies. Note that Gambling Maps says Cameroonian law requires licensed sites to take deposits through a licensed payment provider, which leaves no clear route for crypto, so stick to mobile money.

📱 Apps

Melbet’s page lists apps for Android, iOS and Windows, downloaded through the “Application” button on its site. LeBonParisSportif only found the iOS app, so download from the official .cm site.

⚠️ Things to know

Melbet’s terms allow registration from 18, but the legal age in Cameroon is 21. Melbet’s page also lists a Curaçao licence, which isn’t recognised in Cameroon; its MINAT authorisation is what matters here.

✅ Pros

  • ✅ MINAT number confirmed by three sources
  • ✅ .cm website
  • ✅ Large welcome bonus
  • ✅ Apps for Android and iPhone

⚠️ Cons

  • ⚠️ Bonus percentage inconsistent
  • ⚠️ Bonus needs accumulators at 2.10+
  • ⚠️ Terms say 18+, the law says 21+
Best for: most Cameroonian bettors who want a well-documented authorisation and a big first-deposit bonus.

2. Betclic Cameroun: the best for low stakes

★★★★½8.5/10
🛡️ Authorisation: 000059/A/MINAT/SG/DAP/SDLP/SJ/, granted 28 April 2026 (Betclic’s terms)
🎁 Welcome offer: first bet refunded up to 5,000 FCFA (code STAR01)
💳 Payments: Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money; deposits from 200 FCFA
📱 App: no app; mobile site

Why we rate it

Betclic is the newest big name in Cameroon. Its terms and conditions, updated on 14 October 2026, state that it received MINAT authorisation 000059/A/MINAT/SG/DAP/SDLP/SJ/ on 28 April 2026 to offer online games in Cameroon, Business in Cameroon and Investir au Cameroun reported. Both outlets stress that this is the company’s own statement rather than independent confirmation, but it’s the most transparent disclosure we found in the market, and LeBonParisSportif records the same number.

🎁 Welcome offer

Instead of a matched deposit, Betclic refunds your first bet up to 5,000 FCFA if it loses, with the code STAR01, according to LeBonParisSportif, which describes the offer as having no hidden conditions. It’s smaller than Melbet’s or 1xBet’s bonuses, but much easier to understand.

💳 Payments

Deposits start from just 200 FCFA with Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money, the lowest minimum we found among authorised sites.

⚠️ Things to know

LeBonParisSportif found no Betclic app for Cameroon, so you bet on the mobile site. Betclic is a French group; its Head of Brand Africa, Yannick Tientcheu, is Cameroonian, Forbes Afrique reported in 2024, when Betclic’s African operations covered Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal and Benin.

✅ Pros

  • ✅ Clearly disclosed 2026 authorisation
  • ✅ Deposits from 200 FCFA
  • ✅ Simple first-bet refund

⚠️ Cons

  • ⚠️ No app
  • ⚠️ Small welcome offer
  • ⚠️ New to Cameroon
Best for: new and low-stakes bettors who value transparency over a big bonus.

3. 1xBet: the most betting markets

★★★★8.3/10
🛡️ Authorisation: 000020/A/MINAT/SG/DAP/SDLP/SJ (Mightytips and LeBonParisSportif)
🎁 Welcome offer: first deposit bonus; amounts differ by source
💳 Payments: sources disagree on mobile money availability
📱 Apps: “1xBet Cameroun” on the App Store (299.6 MB, 3.4★ from 6,300 ratings); Android APK

Why we rate it

1xBet is one of Cameroon’s best-known betting brands, and Digital Business Africa names it alongside betPawa as one of the market’s most visible operators. Two independent guides record its MINAT authorisation as 000020/A/MINAT/SG/DAP/SDLP/SJ. It has a dedicated Cameroonian iPhone app, “1xBet Cameroun: Paris Sportif”, published by 1XCorp N.V., which was updated in October and is rated 3.4 out of 5 from about 6,300 ratings.

🎁 Welcome offer

Sources don’t agree on the bonus. Mightytips shows 100% up to 85,270 XAF on its summary card and 200% up to 130,000 XAF in its review, and a March 2026 camer.be article mentions 200% with a 600 XAF minimum deposit. LeBonParisSportif describes the conditions as complex. Read the current terms before you opt in.

💳 Payments

This is the biggest question mark. camer.be’s May 2026 guide lists MTN, Orange, Visa and Express Union at 1xBet, while LeBonParisSportif listed MTN and Orange Money as unavailable when it checked, with crypto accepted instead. Payment routes for gaming in Cameroon have been changing (see our payments section), so confirm that mobile money works before you deposit.

✅ Pros

  • ✅ MINAT number in two sources
  • ✅ Huge choice of sports and markets
  • ✅ Dedicated Cameroonian iPhone app

⚠️ Cons

  • ⚠️ Bonus terms complex and inconsistent
  • ⚠️ Mobile money availability unclear
  • ⚠️ Very large iPhone app
Best for: experienced bettors who want the widest choice of markets.

4. PMUC: the best for horse racing

★★★★7.8/10
🛡️ Authorisation: 000001 (LeBonParisSportif); Cameroon’s historic parimutuel operator since 1994
🐎 Speciality: parimutuel horse-race betting with pooled jackpots
💳 Withdrawals: MTN MoMo (LeBonParisSportif)
📱 App: Android APK

Why we rate it

The Pari Mutuel Urbain Camerounais (PMUC) launched in 1994 and is one of Cameroon’s oldest and largest gaming operators, according to iGaming Today. It’s the place for horse-race betting: its jackpots pool stakes from more than 30 countries, a system it launched in January 2019. In February 2024, PMUC celebrated a player who won 106 million FCFA on a single race combination, after a 159 million FCFA winner on 31 December 2023, camer.be reported.

🎁 Bonus and app

LeBonParisSportif lists a small first-bet bonus of 300% up to 3,000 FCFA (with high minimum odds), an Android APK and withdrawals via MTN MoMo. PMUC also has a network of kiosks; the 2024 winner’s bet was placed by phone through a kiosk manager.

⚠️ Things to know

PMUC’s authorisation number comes from one guide only. It’s mainly a horse-racing and lottery operator, so its football offer is narrower than the sports-first brands above.

✅ Pros

  • ✅ Cameroon’s long-established operator
  • ✅ Big pooled horse-racing jackpots
  • ✅ Kiosk network

⚠️ Cons

  • ⚠️ Narrower sports offer
  • ⚠️ Authorisation number in one source
  • ⚠️ Limited payment options reported
Best for: horse-racing fans and players who like betting through a kiosk.

📋 Other operators showing Cameroonian authorisations

These brands are recorded with MINAT authorisation numbers in only one guide (LeBonParisSportif, October 2026), so we haven’t ranked them. If you use one, check that the number appears on its .cm site and in its terms:

OperatorNumber recordedNotes from the guide
Betwinner000036200% up to 130,000 XAF; Android APK only; conditions described as hard to meet
Luckia000064200% bonus plus free bets; Orange Money; withdrawals refused if under 50% of deposits were wagered
22Bet000022100% up to 65,000 XAF; Mightytips lists only Curaçao and Kahnawake licences
Betmomo0000015No-deposit bonus up to 10,000 CFA with demanding conditions
Supergooal000021New, under test
Paripesa000347New, under test; 100% up to 65,000 XAF

betPawa is Cameroon’s most-searched betting brand, but the number LeBonParisSportif records for it (9757) doesn’t follow MINAT’s format, and Gambling Maps notes that betpawa.cm links to casino and virtual games, which have no licence category in Cameroon. Premier Bet operates in Cameroon, with a Director of Operations for Premier Bet Cameroon and an ambassador deal with Francis Ngannou first signed in 2023 (FocusGN), but we didn’t find a MINAT number in MINAT’s format for it. We’ll add both if we can confirm their authorisations.

🚫 Bookmakers we left out

  • 1win, 888starz, DBbet, BetAndYou and WinWin.Bet: Mightytips lists only Curaçao licences for them, which Cameroon doesn’t recognise.
  • Megapari: Mightytips lists an Anjouan licence, also not recognised in Cameroon.
  • SpinBetter, Coldbet, MyStake, Goldpari and 1xCasino: no Cameroonian authorisation found.
  • Any site without a .cm address that targets Cameroonian players: under Cameroon’s rules, it isn’t licensed here.
  • Online casinos of any kind: Cameroon has no licence for online casino, slots or live tables.

We also found a May 2026 camer.be list that gives MINAT numbers in a different format (such as “MINAT-5420-26” for 1xBet). Because these don’t match the format in Betclic’s and Melbet’s own documents, we didn’t rely on them.

Yes, online sports betting is legal in Cameroon with a MINAT authorisation, and you must be 21 or older. The main rules:

  • The law: Law No. 2015/012 of 16 July 2015 on entertainment, money and games of chance, implemented by Decree No. 2019/2300/PM of 18 July 2019.
  • The regulator: the Ministry of Territorial Administration (MINAT), through its Service des Jeux, grants five-year online authorisations for sports betting and poker, according to Gambling Maps.
  • Online casino: no licence category exists, so online casino, slots and live tables are treated as illegal; casinos are licensed only as land-based venues.
  • Lotteries: run under State concessions, one per type of lottery.
  • .cm domains: licensed online sites must use a .cm address.
  • Foreign licences: licences from Malta, the UK, Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, Curaçao, Kahnawake, Anjouan and Alderney aren’t recognised.
  • Penalties: running online games without authorisation is an offence under section 249(1) of the Penal Code, and the decree orders unlicensed online games to be closed, although Gambling Maps found no official blocking list.
  • Age: 21, the age of majority under the Civil Code. Minors can’t play, even if emancipated.

Enforcement is weak, Digital Business Africa argued in July 2026: online age checks largely rely on self-declared birth dates, and there’s no public data on inspections, sanctions or account closures. That’s another reason to choose an authorised site yourself.

📈 Cameroon’s betting market in numbers

  • Search interest: betPawa was Cameroon’s most-searched term on Google between July 2024 and June 2025, ahead of “Cameroun”, and at least six betting-related queries were in the Top 20, compared with one in the 2020 report, according to DataReportal’s Digital Cameroon 2026 figures cited by Digital Business Africa. These are relative popularity indices, not volumes.
  • Market size: iGaming Today projects Cameroon’s online gaming market to grow 5.20% between 2025 and 2029, reaching US$134.10 million.
  • Licensees: in 2024, iGaming Today counted 18 active licensees: seven casinos, seven betting and lottery houses and four gaming-machine halls, mostly in Yaoundé and Douala. No current official count exists.
  • Tax revenue: an October 2026 AfriBallon study found no verifiable official figures for sector revenue or betting tax collected, Business in Cameroon reported.
  • Mobile money: Orange Money alone handled about 1.431 billion transactions in 2025.

Cameroon is also less transparent than its neighbours. In October 2026, Côte d’Ivoire’s regulator ARJH listed 17 licensed private operators, and Senegal’s LONASE had published a list of 17 authorised online platforms on 30 June 2026, while Cameroon had no equivalent public list.

What you pay as a player

  • Winnings: not taxed, according to Gambling Maps.
  • Withdrawals and transfers: since 2025, transfers and withdrawals through electronic gaming platforms are taxed at 1%, instead of the standard 0.2%, plus a 4 FCFA duty per transaction, Business in Cameroon reported. The payment or mobile money provider collects it.

Example: withdrawing 50,000 FCFA costs 500 FCFA at 1%, plus 4 FCFA, so 504 FCFA in tax, before any fees your mobile money provider charges.

Sources: Gambling Maps (October 2026), Business in Cameroon (26 October 2026), FocusGN. An older iGaming Today article (2024) gives a 25% tax on gross wins; we use the 2026 figures.

Business in Cameroon notes that nobody knows how much these taxes actually raise: an October 2026 study found no verifiable official figures for betting tax revenue.

💳 Deposits and withdrawals at betting sites in Cameroon

Orange Money and MTN Mobile Money are the main ways to pay at Cameroonian betting sites. Orange Money remains the market leader: it processed about 1.431 billion transactions worth roughly 17,176 billion FCFA in 2025, according to COBAC data reported by Financial Afrik, while MTN narrowed the gap.

How gaming payments are controlled

Cameroon has tried to centralise betting payments. In a letter effective 30 January 2025, MINAT required all online gaming transactions to go through a single aggregator, INTOUCH Cameroun, and told payment institutions including Orange Money and Mobile Money Corporation to suspend other aggregators serving gaming companies, iGaming Today reported. In June 2026, Digital Business Africa reported that MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money had again cut off payment aggregators, with gaming payment flows redirected to CinetPay. If a deposit fails, this is often why; contact your bookmaker rather than trying unofficial payment routes.

Tips: use a mobile money account in your own name, verify your account before your first withdrawal, and remember the 1% plus 4 FCFA charge on every withdrawal, so fewer, larger withdrawals cost slightly less in fixed duties.

📝 How to sign up at betting sites in Cameroon

  1. Check the site: a .cm address, a MINAT authorisation number in the footer or terms, and a warning that minors can’t play.
  2. Register: with your phone number and real details. Licensed sites must confirm your age and identity.
  3. Set your limits: Cameroon’s decree requires sites to let you set your own deposit and stake limits; do it before your first bet.
  4. Deposit: with Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money.
  5. Opt in to a bonus only after reading the wagering and minimum-odds rules.
  6. Withdraw to the same mobile money account.

🔍 How to spot an illegal betting site in Cameroon

Gambling Maps lists these red flags:

  • No .cm web address.
  • No warning that minors are banned, and no age check.
  • No visible account balance or risk warning.
  • Offers of credit or links to money lenders; gambling on credit is banned.
  • Only a foreign licence, such as Curaçao or Anjouan, is shown.
  • Casino, slots or live dealer games, which can’t be licensed online in Cameroon.

Unlicensed sites are outside any regulator’s oversight. If one refuses to pay, you have no complaint route in Cameroon beyond the courts.

🧾 Your rights as a player in Cameroon

Cameroon’s 2019 decree and consumer laws give players at authorised sites a set of protections, according to Gambling Maps:

  • Clear information: the ban on minors must be shown on the home and registration pages, your account balance must be visible at all times, and the site must display warnings about excessive gambling.
  • Your own limits: you set your deposit and stake limits, and the site must respect them.
  • Honest offers: bonuses, free bets and free spins must be clearly identified, and an offer can’t be called “free” if you must pay more than unavoidable costs. This comes from Cameroon’s 2010 e-commerce law.
  • No credit: sites can’t lend you money, link to lenders or advertise money lenders.
  • Data protection: Law No. 2024/017 on personal data protection applies to the identity documents you upload.
  • Complaints: authorised online operators must offer a free complaints procedure, although no response deadline is set. If that fails, you can take the dispute to the arrondissement consumer appeal committee, or to court, alone or through a consumer association; in consumer disputes, the supplier carries the burden of proof.

None of these protections apply at an unlicensed offshore site, which is the strongest practical reason to bet only with a MINAT-authorised bookmaker. Keep screenshots of your bets, deposits and any messages with support until a dispute is settled.

📱 Apps from the best betting sites in Cameroon

  • Melbet: Android, iOS and Windows apps listed on melbet.com.cm.
  • 1xBet: “1xBet Cameroun: Paris Sportif” on the Cameroonian App Store (299.6 MB, iOS) and an Android APK.
  • Betclic: no app; use the mobile site.
  • PMUC: Android APK.

Download Android apps only from the bookmaker’s official .cm site. A May 2026 camer.be guide linked to APK files on third-party domains, which is exactly what you should avoid.

⚽ What Cameroonians bet on

Football is by far the biggest betting sport in Cameroon, from the European leagues to the Indomitable Lions. Horse racing has its own loyal following through PMUC’s kiosks, and the authorised sports betting sites also cover basketball, tennis, MMA and more.

The Indomitable Lions and AFCON 2027

Cameroon is in Group G of the AFCON 2027 qualifiers. After two matchdays, Cameroon led with 4 points, ahead of Comoros (3), Namibia (3) and Congo (1), according to standings published on 7 October 2026. The top two teams qualify for the finals in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, from 19 June to 17 July 2027. Matchdays 3 and 4 are from 9 to 17 November 2026, and matchdays 5 and 6 from 22 to 30 March 2027. Markets on Cameroon to qualify, to win the group and to win AFCON will move after every result.

MMA and Francis Ngannou

Combat sports have a big Cameroonian audience thanks to Francis Ngannou, the former UFC heavyweight champion, who is Premier Bet’s Pan-African ambassador until 2027. When he fights, check that your bookmaker offers MMA markets and read how “method of victory” bets settle.

Live bettingBets placed during the match
Parimutuel horse racingPredict finishing horses; winners share a pool

🐎 How parimutuel horse-race betting works

At PMUC, you don’t bet against fixed odds set by a bookmaker. All stakes on a bet type go into a pool, the operator takes its share, and the rest is divided among the winning tickets. That’s why payouts aren’t known until the race is over, and why a correct combination can pay life-changing sums when few players find it, like the 106 million FCFA win PMUC celebrated in February 2024. PMUC says its jackpots pool stakes from more than 30 countries, which makes these pools larger than Cameroon could support alone.

🔢 How betting odds work

Cameroonian sports betting sites use decimal odds. Your return is your stake multiplied by the odds:

Decimal oddsImplied probabilityReturn on a 1,000 FCFA stake
1.50About 67%1,500 FCFA
2.0050%2,000 FCFA
2.10About 48%2,100 FCFA
3.00About 33%3,000 FCFA
5.0020%5,000 FCFA

Implied probability is 1 divided by the decimal odds. Add up the probabilities for every outcome and you’ll get more than 100%; the extra is the bookmaker’s margin. Comparing odds between two authorised sites is the simplest way to get better value.

🧮 Accumulators: why bonuses don’t change the odds

Many Cameroonian bonuses must be used on accumulators; Melbet’s, for example, needs minimum odds of 2.10 according to LeBonParisSportif. Each extra leg multiplies the risk. With legs at odds of 2.00 (about a 50% chance each):

LegsCombined oddsRough chance of winning
24.00About 1 in 4
38.00About 1 in 8
532.00About 1 in 32

Cameroonian law allows bonuses, free bets and free spins if they’re clearly identified, and bans calling an offer “free” if you must pay more than unavoidable costs. There’s no legal cap on wagering requirements, so read them yourself: the multiple, minimum odds, time limit and maximum win.

💡 Tips for using betting sites in Cameroon

  1. Check the MINAT number and the .cm address before you deposit.
  2. Use mobile money in your own name. Never use unofficial agents or “deposit helpers” on WhatsApp.
  3. Factor in the withdrawal charge: 1% plus 4 FCFA per withdrawal.
  4. Keep accumulators short; bonuses don’t change the odds.
  5. Set deposit and stake limits in your account; authorised sites must offer them.
  6. Ignore “fixed match” and “coupon sûr” sellers. Nobody can guarantee a result.
  7. Don’t use casino lobbies. Online casino has no licence category in Cameroon.

🧘 Responsible gambling at betting sites in Cameroon

Betting can hurt household budgets. A March 2026 study by Jude Suh Abenwi of the University of Buea, cited by Digital Business Africa, found that betting money often comes from funds meant for food, housing, health, school fees or small businesses. Treat betting as paid entertainment, never as income.

  • Limits: Cameroon’s 2019 decree requires authorised sites to let you set your own deposit and stake limits, show your balance at all times and display risk warnings.
  • Self-exclusion: the Minister keeps a file of barred persons with a three-year bar, which operators must check, according to Gambling Maps. No published text explains how to join it, so ask your bookmaker to close your account if you need a break.
  • No credit: gambling on credit is banned, and sites may not lend you money or link to lenders.
  • Talk to someone: if betting is causing you stress, debt or arguments at home, speak to a doctor, a counsellor or someone you trust.

Warning signs include chasing losses, borrowing to bet, betting money meant for essentials, and hiding betting from your family.

🔞 Adults only: you must be 21 or older to bet in Cameroon.

🏁 Final verdict: the best betting sites in Cameroon 2026

Melbet Cameroun is the best betting site in Cameroon in 2026, with the best-documented MINAT authorisation, a .cm site, apps and a large welcome bonus. Betclic Cameroun is the most transparent newcomer and the best for low stakes, 1xBet has the most markets, and PMUC remains the home of horse racing. Because Cameroon publishes no list of authorised operators, always check the .cm address and MINAT number yourself, stay away from online casinos and foreign-licensed sites, remember the legal age is 21, and set your limits before your first bet.
